Killingly Redmen (Killingly, CT) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Wheeler Lions (North Stonington, CT), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Redmen confront the Montville Indians (Oakdale, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 24. Killingly will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Tourtellotte (North Grosvenordale, CT).

The Lions now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Putnam for a Eastern Connecticut IV challenge on Friday, September 23. Wheeler will confront a Clippers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Griswold (Griswold, CT). The Clippers record now stands at 0-4.
