The Lee Park Prep Knights soccer team (Monroe, NC), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Tuesday's league outing with the host Liberty Preparatory Christian Patriots (Mooresville, NC)

With the win, Liberty Preparatory Christian advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Patriots host Carolina Christian (Locust, NC) to face the Lions in a Metro Area Athletic contest on Friday, September 23. The Lions enter the contest with a record of 0-3.

The Knights now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Anson for a non-league contest on Friday, September 23. Lee Park Prep will face a Bearcats team coming off a 9-0 league loss to West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-7.
