Nebraska High School Softball - Lexington loses to Hastings

The Hastings Tigers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Lexington Minutemen to 2 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Hastings improves its record to 16-9 on the year. The Tigers host Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE) to clash with the Crusaders in a B District 8 game on Monday, September 26. The Crusaders come into the game with a record of 12-12.
In their next game, the Minutemen clash with the Kearney Catholic Stars (Kearney, NE) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 22. Lexington will attempt to improve on its 8-14 season record. The Stars come into the game with a 9-12 record after their 7-3 non-league loss to St. Cecilia (Hastings, NE).
