The Lawrence County Red Devils volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Athens Golden Eagles to 0 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Red Devils now possess a 26-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Russellville for a 5A Area 15 game on Tuesday, September 27. Lawrence County will meet a Golden Tigers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Wilson (Florence, AL). The Golden Tigers record now stands at 3-12.

The Golden Eagles (7-13) will now prepare for their game against Hartselle (Hartselle, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 11-13 record.
