The Burton Panthers topped the visiting North Zulch Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Panthers now have a 14-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mumford for a 2A Region IV District 25 test on Friday, September 23. Burton will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Mart (Mart, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 17-12.
The Bulldogs (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Richards (Richards, TX). The Panthers enter the 1A Region IV District 27 test with a 17-8 record. In their last test, Richards was knocked off by Normangee (Normangee, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
