In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Hughes Springs Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Harmony Eagles.

The Mustangs (8-17) will now prepare for their battle against White Oak (White Oak, TX). The Roughnecks come into the 3A Region II District 15 battle with a 27-7 record. In their last battle, White Oak defeated Hawkins (Hawkins, TX), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Winona Wildcats (Winona, TX) in a 3A Region II District 13 battle, on Friday, September 23. Harmony will attempt to move on its 13-10 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 4-15 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to East Texas Homeschool Sports (Longview, TX).
