The Rantoul Eagles volleyball team (Rantoul, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL)

The Sabers (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Monticello (Monticello, IL). The Sages enter the Illini Prairie challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Monticello was dropped by Paxton-Buckley-Loda (Paxton, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) in a Illini Prairie challenge, on Thursday, September 22. Rantoul will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Saints enter the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL).
