Kentucky High School Soccer - St. Henry knocks off Lexington Christian

St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Lexington Christian Eagles (Lexington, KY), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders confront the Walton-Verona Bearcats (Walton, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 23. St. Henry will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 4-3 league loss to Simon Kenton (Independence, KY).

The Eagles now have a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Frederick Douglass for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 23. Lexington Christian will confront a Broncos team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Woodford County (Versailles, KY). The Broncos record now stands at 9-4.
