Vermont Academy Wildcats (Saxtons River, VT) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host MacDuffie Mustangs (Granby, MA), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats confront the Holderness Bulls (Plymouth, NH) in a Lakes Region challenge, on Saturday, September 23. Vermont Academy will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Bulls enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Gould Academy (Bethel, ME).

The Mustangs now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Eagle Hill for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 23.
