The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL) and the host Bartlett Hawks (Bartlett, IL), saw Elgin's soccer squad knock off Bartlett by a margin of 2-0.

The Maroons now sport a 8-2 record. They play next when they host West Chicago for a Upstate Eight test on Friday, September 22. Elgin will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Fenton (Bensenville, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Bartlett drops to 1-8 on the season. The Hawks travel to Aurora East (Aurora, IL) to meet the Tomcats in a Upstate Eight test on Saturday, September 23. The Tomcats come into the test with a record of 3-6. Aurora East lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Glenbard East (Lombard, IL)
