East Noble Knights (Kendallville, IN) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Bellmont Braves (Decatur, IN), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights confront the Woodlan Warriors (Woodburn, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 21. East Noble will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 8-0 league loss to Jay County (Portland, IN).

The Braves now possess a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to DeKalb for a Northeast Hoosier challenge on Monday, September 25. Bellmont will confront a Barons team coming off a 4-4 non-league Fort Wayne North Side (Fort Wayne, IN). The Barons record now stands at 8-4.
