The Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors (Roanoke, VA) volleyball overcame the visiting Coastal HomeSchool Hurricanes (Pembroke, GA), 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Southwest Virginia Academy upgrades its record to 9-4 on the year. The Conquerors host North Cross (Roanoke, VA) to play the Raiders in a VISAA Division 3 outing on Thursday, October 12. The Raiders go into the outing with a record of 3-5.

The Hurricanes now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Varsity Opponent for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 21.
