The Ledyard Colonels volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Killingly Redmen to 2 in the Colonels non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Colonels now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bacon Academy for a Eastern Connecticut - Large game on Friday, September 22. Ledyard will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Windham (Willimantic, CT). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-2.

The Redmen (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Windham (Willimantic, CT). The Whippets enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Windham was nudged by Bacon Academy (Colchester, CT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
