New Jersey High School Football - Absegami sneaks past Lower Cape May

The Absegami Braves football squad scored 26 points and limited the host Lower Cape May Tigers to 20 in the Braves league triumph on Friday.

The Braves now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Oakcrest for a West Jersey - Liberty test on Saturday, September 28. Absegami will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 40-7 league win over Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Lower Cape May drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to St. Joseph (Hammonton, NJ) to meet the Wildcats in a West Jersey - Liberty test on Friday, September 27. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-4. St. Joseph lost 28-7 in their recent league test against Cumberland (Seabrook, NJ)
