The Polo Marcos walloped the host Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders football team by a score of 50-0 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Marcos face the Alden-Hebron Green Giants (Hebron, IL) in a 8-Man North (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, September 27. Polo will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Green Giants go into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 28-26 league loss to West Carroll (Savanna, IL).
The Raiders (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against South Beloit (South Beloit, IL). The Sobos go into the 8-Man North (8 Man) challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, South Beloit bounced Hiawatha (Kirkland, IL), 30-6, in a league challenge.
