Maryland High School Football - Bennett trounced by Decatur

September 20, 2024: Salisbury, MD 21804

Decatur Seahawks (Berlin, MD) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Bennett Clippers (Salisbury, MD), 45-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Decatur advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Seahawks travel to Snow Hill (Snow Hill, MD) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 26. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 3-0. Snow Hill won 46-6 in their recent non-league battle against Arcadia (Oak Hall, VA)

The Clippers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Queen Anne's County for a Bayside 3A/2A battle on Friday, September 27. Bennett will encounter a Lions team coming off a 24-0 league win over Wicomico (Salisbury, MD). The Lions record now stands at 1-2.
