Texas High School Football - Brazosport defeated by Sweeny

In Friday's non-league game, the Sweeny Bulldogs (Sweeny, TX) football team were victorious over the host Brazosport Exporters (Freeport, TX), by a score of 49-34.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Harmony School of Innovation Wildcats (Katy, TX) in a 4A-2 Region III District 10 game, on Friday, September 27. Sweeny will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 0-4 record after their 42-16 non-league loss to CTSA Outlaws (China Spring, TX).

The Exporters (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Bay City (Bay City, TX). The Blackcats enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Bay City ran past Sealy (Sealy, TX), 35-34, in a non-league game.
