Texas High School Football - Brook Hill prevails Carlisle

In Friday's non-league match, the host Brook Hill Guard football squad scored a good 49-20 triumph over the Carlisle Indians.

The Guard (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Regents (Austin, TX). The Knights come into the TAPPS Division II District 2 match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Regents defeated St. Joseph Academy (Brownsville, TX), 49-14, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Indians meet the Shelbyville Dragons (Shelbyville, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 26. Carlisle will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Dragons come into the match with a 3-1 record after their 36-35 non-league loss to Mt. Enterprise (Mt. Enterprise, TX).
