The Carmel Rams felled the host Suffern Mounties football team by a score of 35-21 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Rams play the Mamaroneck Tigers (Mamaroneck, NY) in a Section 1 AA - League B challenge, on Friday, September 27. Carmel will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 20-14 league win over North Rockland (Thiells, NY).
The Mounties (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Scarsdale (Scarsdale, NY). The Raiders go into the Section 1 AA - League A challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Scarsdale toppled John Jay (Hopewell Junction, NY), 27-10, in a non-league challenge.
