In Friday's non-league match, the host Central City Wildcats football squad scored a good 46-20 triumph over the New London Tigers.
The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Calamus-Wheatland (Wheatland, IA). The Warriors come into the 8-Man District 5 (8 Man) match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Calamus-Wheatland went down by Easton Valley (Preston, IA), 42-27, in a league match.
