Florida High School Football - Largo tipped by Clearwater

The Largo Packers football team (Largo, FL), was tipped 23-18 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Clearwater Tornadoes (Clearwater, FL)

With the win, Clearwater advances its record to 2-3 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Gulf (New Port Richey, FL) to encounter the Buccaneers in a 4A District 10 bout on Friday, September 27. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Gulf lost 48-21 in their recent non-league bout against Zephyrhills (Zephyrhills, FL)

The Packers now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Palm Harbor University for a 6A District 10 bout on Friday, September 27. Largo will encounter a Hurricanes team coming off a 48-0 non-league win over Countryside (Clearwater, FL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 2-3.
