Plainview Indians (Ardmore, OK) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Davis Wolves (Davis, OK), 23-13 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Plainview advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Purcell (Purcell, OK) to play the Dragons in a 3A District 1 battle on Friday, September 27. The Dragons go into the battle with a record of 2-1. Purcell won 42-21 in their recent non-league battle against Lexington (Lexington, OK)
The Wolves now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Dibble for a 2A-II District 2 battle on Friday, September 27. Davis will play a Demons team coming off a 28-27 non-league win over Ringling (Ringling, OK). The Demons record now stands at 2-1.
