Maine High School Football - Deering prevails Leavitt

In Friday's non-league match, the host Deering Rams football squad scored a good 35-6 triumph over the Leavitt Hornets.

The Rams (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Massabesic (Waterboro, ME). The Mustangs come into the B South match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Massabesic defeated Sanford (Sanford, ME), 14-0, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Hornets meet the Cony Rams (Augusta, ME) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 28. Leavitt will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Rams come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 21-7 league loss to Falmouth (Falmouth, ME).
