The The Colony Cougars football squad scored 51 points and limited the host Everman Bulldogs to 32 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Seguin for a 5A-2 Region I District 3 test on Friday, September 27. The Colony will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 41-3 league win over Grapevine (Grapevine, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 4-0.

With the defeat, Everman drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX) to meet the Wolves in a 5A-2 Region I District 3 test on Friday, September 27. The Wolves come into the test with a record of 1-3. Mansfield Timberview lost 10-0 in their recent league battle against Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX)
