Montana High School Football - Lincoln County smashes Fairfield/Augusta

September 20, 2024: Eureka, MT 59917

The Lincoln County Lions (Eureka, MT) football trounced the visiting Fairfield/Augusta (Fairfield, MT), 35-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Lions now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Loyola-Sacred Heart for a B - West outing on Friday, September 27. Lincoln County will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 20-12 non-league loss to Malta/Whitewater/Saco/Dodson (Malta, MT). The Rams record now stands at 1-3.

With the defeat, Fairfield/Augusta drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The host Conrad (Conrad, MT) to clash with the Cowboys in a B - North outing on Friday, September 27. The Cowboys come into the outing with a record of 2-2. Conrad lost 41-7 in their recent non-league outing against Florence-Carlton (Florence, MT)
