Alabama High School Football - Gaston loses to North Sand Mountain

North Sand Mountain Bison (Higdon, AL) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Gaston Bulldogs (Gadsden, AL), 43-21 in a league battle.

With the win, North Sand Mountain advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Bison host Valley Head (Valley Head, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 27. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 4-1. Valley Head lost 32-13 in their recent league battle against Spring Garden (Spring Garden, AL)

The Bulldogs now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Whitesburg Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, September 27. Gaston will play a Warriors team coming off a 49-21 league loss to Sylvania (Sylvania, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 1-3.
