New York High School Football - Highland prevails Rondout Valley

In Friday's league match, the visiting Highland Huskies football squad scored a good 43-14 triumph over the Rondout Valley Ganders.
The Huskies (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY). The Spartans come into the Section 9 B-2 match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Spackenkill defeated O'Neill (Highland Falls, NY), 20-13, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Ganders confront the Red Hook Raiders (Red Hook, NY) in a Section 9 B-2 match, on Saturday, September 28. Rondout Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Raiders come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 13-0 league loss to Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY).
