Highland Hornets (Medina, OH) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Tallmadge Blue Devils (Tallmadge, OH), 49-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Highland advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Hornets travel to Barberton (Barberton, OH) to play the Magics in a Suburban - American battle on Friday, September 27. The Magics go into the battle with a record of 1-4. Barberton won 17-3 in their recent league battle against Roosevelt (Kent, OH)

The Blue Devils now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Revere for a Suburban - American battle on Friday, September 27. Tallmadge will play a Minutemen team coming off a 49-0 league win over Cuyahoga Falls (Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The Minutemen record now stands at 4-1.
