In their next game, the Hustlin' Tigers play the East Hamilton Hurricanes (Ooltewah, TN) in a 5A Region 4 challenge, on Friday, September 27. Howard Tech will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Hurricanes go into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 42-7 non-league win over East Ridge (Chattanooga, TN).

The Chiefs (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Loudon (Loudon, TN). The Redskins go into the 4A Region 3 challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Loudon toppled Hixson (Hixson, TN), 34-7, in a league challenge.
