The Huntington Highlanders football squad scored 47 points and limited the host Riverside Warriors to 0 in the Highlanders league triumph on Friday.

The Highlanders now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cabell Midland for a Mountain State test on Friday, October 4.

With the defeat, Riverside drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Warriors host South Charleston (South Charleston, WV) to meet the Black Eagles in a Mountain State test on Friday, September 27. The Black Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-5. South Charleston lost 54-0 in their recent league test against George Washington (Charleston, WV)
