In Friday's non-league game, the River View Raiders (Bradshaw, WV) football team were victorious over the visiting Hurley Rebels (Hurley, VA), by a tally of 36-14.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Van Bulldogs (Van, WV) in a Coalfield A game, on Friday, September 27. River View will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 0-3 record after their 34-20 non-league loss to Hurley (Hurley, VA).
The Rebels (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Holston (Damascus, VA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Holston fell by Honaker (Honaker, VA), 42-21, in a league game.
