Ringgold Tigers (Ringgold, GA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe Warriors (Fort Oglethorpe, GA), 41-27 in a league battle.

With the win, Ringgold advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Tigers host Union County (Blairsville, GA) to play the Panthers in a AA Region 7 battle on Friday, October 4. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 2-3.

The Warriors now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Union County for a AA Region 7 battle on Friday, September 27. Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe will play a Panthers team coming off a 21-0 league win over North Murray (Chatsworth, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-3.
