The Runge Yellowjackets football squad scored 48 points and limited the host Medina Bobcats to 13 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Yellowjackets now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coastal Christian HomeSchool for a non-league test on Friday, September 27. Runge will meet a Badgers squad coming off a 54-6 non-league loss to Jubilee Brownsville (Brownsville, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 0-3.

Coming up next, the Bobcats confront the Veribest Falcons (Veribest, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 27. Medina will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Falcons enter the contest with a 3-1 record after their 75-30 non-league win over Baird (Baird, TX).
