The Merrimack Valley The Pride edged the host St. Thomas Aquinas Saints football team by a score of 16-12 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the The Pride face the Kennett Eagles (Conway, NH) in a Division II - East challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Merrimack Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 35-6 league win over Pembroke (Pembroke, NH).

The Saints (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Bow (Bow, NH). The Falcons enter the Division II - East challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Bow held off Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH), 19-7, in a league challenge.
