Mississippi High School Football - Ocean Springs triumphant over Natchez

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Ocean Springs Greyhounds (Ocean Springs, MS) and the host Natchez Bulldogs (Natchez, MS), witnessed Ocean Springs's football squad wallop Natchez by a tally of 49-16.

The Greyhounds (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Picayune (Picayune, MS). The Maroon Tide enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Picayune was trounced by Gulfport (Gulfport, MS), 41-21, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs battle the Jefferson County Tigers (Fayette, MS) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 27. Natchez will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 55-48 non-league loss to Murrah (Jackson, MS).
