The Northampton Blue Devils felled the visiting Taconic Thunder football team by a score of 28-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Mahar Regional Senators (Orange, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 27. Northampton will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Senators go into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 22-8 non-league win over McCann Tech (North Adams, MA).
The Thunder (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Holyoke (Holyoke, MA). The Purple Knights go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Holyoke lost by Agawam (Agawam, MA), 21-14, in a non-league challenge.
