Nevada High School Football - Shadow Ridge over Palo Verde

September 20, 2024: Las Vegas, NV 89131

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Palo Verde Panthers (Las Vegas, NV), witnessed Shadow Ridge's football squad knock off Palo Verde by a tally of 49-28.

The Mustangs (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Citrus Valley (Redlands, CA). The Blackhawks enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Citrus Valley was toppled by Norco (Norco, CA), 17-10, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Panthers battle the Green Valley Gators (Henderson, NV) in a 5A Division II Southern contest, on Friday, September 27. Palo Verde will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Gators enter the contest with a 3-1 record after their 38-35 league win over Legacy (North Las Vegas, NV).
