New York High School Football - Salamanca prevails Southwestern

In Friday's league match, the visiting Salamanca Warriors football squad scored a good 27-3 triumph over the Southwestern Trojans.
The Warriors (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Fredonia (Fredonia, NY). The Hillbillies come into the Section 6 C - South match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Fredonia was beaten by Eden/North Collins (Eden, NY), 50-30, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Trojans confront the Silver Creek/Forestville Central Black Knights (Silver Creek, NY) in a Section 6 C - South match, on Friday, September 27. Southwestern will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Black Knights come into the match with a 0-3 record after their 34-0 league loss to Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Brocton (Mayville, NY).
