Nebraska High School Football - Sandy Creek wallops Tri County

The Sandy Creek Cougars football squad scored 59 points and limited the host Tri County Trojans to 6 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Thayer Central for a D1 District 7 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 27. Sandy Creek will meet a Titans squad coming off a 42-36 league win over Sutton (Sutton, NE). The Titans record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Tri County drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Southern (Wymore, NE) to meet the Raiders in a D1 District 7 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 27. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 1-3. Southern lost 60-28 in their recent league test against Exeter-Milligan/Friend (Exeter, NE)
