In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Northfield Nighthawks soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Denver East Angels.
The Nighthawks (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Rangeview (Aurora, CO). The Raiders go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Rangeview got by George Washington (Denver, CO), 4-3, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Angels confront the Golden Demons (Golden, CO) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 24. Denver East will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Demons go into the outing with a 7-0 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Arapahoe (Centennial, CO).
