In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Westfield Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Washington-Liberty Generals.

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Centreville (Clifton, VA). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Centreville lost by James Madison (Vienna, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Generals meet the Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Washington-Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).
