With the win, Lyons advances its record to 9-2 on the season. The Lions host Streamwood (Streamwood, IL) to play the Sabres in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 26. The Sabres go into the battle with a record of 1-13. Streamwood lost 38-0 in their recent non-league battle against McHenry (McHenry, IL)

The Mighty Macs now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Larkin for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 21. Mother McAuley will play a Royals team coming off a 34-14 league loss to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL). The Royals record now stands at 2-10.
