The Marian Catholic Spartans football squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting Leo Lions to 20 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carmel for a non-league test on Friday, September 27. Marian Catholic will meet a Corsairs squad coming off a 33-14 league win over St. Laurence (Burbank, IL). The Corsairs record now stands at 3-1.
