The Pierce Bears football squad scored 14 points and limited the host Williams Yellowjackets to 0 in the Bears non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bears now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Colusa for a test on Friday, September 27. Pierce will meet a RedHawks squad coming off a 27-13 non-league loss to Gridley (Gridley, CA). The RedHawks record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Williams drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Los Molinos (Los Molinos, CA) to meet the Bulldogs in a test on Friday, October 4. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 2-1.
