Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Franklin Indians (Reisterstown, MD) and the host Edgewood Rams (Edgewood, MD), saw Franklin's soccer squad triumph over Edgewood by a count of 8-1.
The Indians (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Sparrows Point (Baltimore, MD). The Pointers enter the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Sparrows Point tipped Eastern Tech (Baltimore, MD), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Rams battle the Elkton Golden Elks (Elkton, MD) in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake battle, on Monday, September 23. Edgewood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
