Missouri High School Softball - Cassville can't get by Lee's Summit

The Lee's Summit Tigers edged the host Cassville Wildcats softball squad by a count of 5-4 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the Joplin Eagles (Joplin, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Lee's Summit will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Seneca (Seneca, MO).
The Wildcats (8-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Aurora (Aurora, MO). The Houn Dawgs enter the Class 3 District 12 challenge with a 1-12 record. In their last challenge, Aurora was nudged by Glendale (Springfield, MO), 9-3, in a non-league challenge.
