The Leedey Bison triumphed over the host Frontier Mustangs softball squad by a count of 8-1 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Bison play the Sentinel (Sentinel, OK) in a Class B challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Leedey will attempt to upgrade on its 21-7 season record. The enter the challenge with a 5-22 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Hennessey (Hennessey, OK).

The Mustangs (12-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Garber (Garber, OK). The Wolverines enter the non-league challenge with a 10-7 record. In their last challenge, Garber edged Mulhall-Orlando (Orlando, OK), 20-2, in a non-league challenge.
