Next, the Longhorns meet the Southern Boone Eagles (Ashland, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Parkway West will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 13-5 non-league win over California (California, MO).

The Jays (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaffee (Chaffee, MO). The Red Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 13-2 record. In their last challenge, Chaffee edged Twin Rivers (Broseley, MO), 5-0, in a non-league challenge.
