The La Canada Spartans volleyball squad (La Canada, CA), dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT)

With the win, Corner Canyon improves its record to 10-5 on the season. The Chargers host Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 21. The Falcons go into the battle with a record of 5-3. Torrey Pines won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA)

The Spartans now own a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Long Beach Poly for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 21. La Canada will encounter a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 11-7.
