Brookfield East Spartans (Brookfield, WI) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Madison Memorial Spartans (Madison, WI), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Spartans (7-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Hartford (Hartford, WI). The Orioles come into the non-league challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Hartford beat Port Washington (Port Washington, WI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the Marquette University Hilltoppers (Milwaukee, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 27. Madison Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hamilton (Sussex, WI).
